This restuarant is family owned and runned by Ninetta Mariani with her sons Francesco and Elio. The restuarant decor is very attractive and confortable, and service is attentive and efficient. This is Roman country cooking at its best like the Rigatoni with Pajata, sweetbreads, tripe, and offal with artichokes. The desert offerings of spuma di ricotta with cocoa powder or cinnamonis especially mouth-watering. A wide choice of local cheese, not found in the shops, accompany the wine list that includes both Italian and foreign.
