    This is very popular with young Romans and tourists alike. There are many places in Rome that offer  live music from Italy, America, England, Africa and South America. In the Testaccio quarter, you will find a large concentrations of area where live music are offered.

    Rome has over 80 theatres, mostly in Italian but there are a fair selection of  productions in English. Even though the production is in Italian, a non-italian can still enjoy the dances and musicals. The theatrical season lasts from October to May and sometimes continue through the summer months.

    Nothing is more pleasurable in rome than satisfying one's own gastronomic cravings in the city's many fine restaurants. After dinner, you can partake in Rome many varied nightlife - theather, operas, nightclubs, cafes, or even catch a football match. Or, you can do like the romans do - passeggiata - that is leisurely stroll along the streets, people-watching, saying hello, and stopping over for some drinks or ice cream. Most locals like to mingle outside the cafe overlooking the piazza, drowning themselves in drinks among the enchanting medieval surroundings.
